From the first cappuccino of the day to supporting her team through every challenge, our Office Manager Chrisna brings passion and precision to the Pretoria office. Chrisna is the heartbeat of our Pretoria office: with a career that began in 2011 as an Admin Manager, her journey has seen her grow into a key member of the management team, now also involved in operations.
“We work together as a team; everyone has the same mission and goal in mind. I make it a priority to assist team members whenever needed to maintain seamless and effective operations.”
Chrisna thrives on organisation, time management, and making sure daily operations run smoothly, all while uplifting team morale with her supportive and hands-on approach. To her, success lies in being efficient, staying motivated, and never losing sight of the team spirit that defines the company culture.

Robyn - Cape Town Office Manager
Robyn, our dedicated Cape Town Office Manager, brings structure, warmth, and teamwork to her role each day. Her mornings start with brief team check-ins to align on daily goals, followed by a methodical approach to completing her own tasks, guided by her ever-reliable diary and notepad. What she finds most rewarding isn’t just the work itself, but the sense of family and mutual support among her colleagues.

Annemarie - East London Office Manager
Annemarie approaches her role as East London Office Manager with a blend of practical routine and strong team spirit. Her day starts with a cappuccino to kickstart her energy, followed by a brief meeting with her team to align priorities. She finds great satisfaction in the collaborative culture of the team, where mutual support and teamwork drive success.

Outside of work, Annemarie prioritises family time, maintaining a clear boundary between work and personal life. Her advice to those stepping into a similar role is to stay focused, work hard and embrace teamwork.
Kayleigh - Port Elizabeth Office Manager
From the moment she connected with the team at our Port Elizabeth office through a glowing recommendation from a friend, Kayleigh knew she’d found something special. Drawn in by the people, the energy, and of course, the coffee, she jumped at the opportunity – and hasn’t looked back since.
“It’s been an exciting busy whirlwind of a ride, lots of things learned and great coffee tasted!”
Though still early in her journey with the company, Kayleigh brings experience and confidence to her role. She describes her time so far as a “busy whirlwind” filled with learning, laughter, and growing responsibilities – just what you’d expect in a thriving workplace.
Having worked in similar roles before, she finds familiarity in the daily rhythm but is energised by the unique culture here. Her passion for supporting the team and keeping everything running smoothly shines through, and she’s excited about what’s to come.

Fanie Oosthuizen - Co-Owner of Miko Namibia
Fanie & Adri Oosthuizen, Owners of Miko Coffee Namibia, now in their 10th Successful Year supplying Miko, Puro & Sneky products across Namibia
As a Business Manager, Fanie’s days are dynamic and purpose-driven, beginning with coffee and quiet reflection, then diving into everything from coordinating with the sales team and managing stock logistics to servicing coffee machines and visiting clients. The relationships he builds across the board – with staff, clients, and suppliers – are the most rewarding part of the role.
“I co-founded Miko Coffee Namibia because I saw an opportunity to blend my love for sales with my passion for premium coffee and service. Seeing our small team thrive and our clients happy makes everything worthwhile. As co-owner, I try to create a space where everyone feels heard and empowered. And I also feel supported by my team, we back each other”.
Fanie stays grounded with a solid routine, open communication, and an eye on operations, even when juggling the challenges of travel and in-office duties. To thrive in this role, he has found that strong people skills, adaptability, and a servant-hearted approach are absolutely essential.
This role has been a big shift from Fanie’s previous sales-focused positions. Here, he wears many hats: office manager, technician, mentor, and relationship builder. It’s more hands-on, more personal, and ultimately more fulfilling. One thing that really surprised him was how much impact a small, dedicated team can have: the close-knit group genuinely drives the success and heart of the business.
Annel Oosthuizen - Office Manager & Mkt in Namibia
No two days ever look the same for Annel, our Office Manager in Namibia. Some of her mornings kick off with stock control and updating internal systems, while others are filled with event planning, social media design, or stepping in to handle unexpected issues. It’s a role that requires wearing a lot of hats, and that’s exactly what makes it exciting for Annel.
“Running successful events always makes me proud. But I also really enjoyed fixing up our stock control system and helping secure some of our biggest clients. I started small and just kept taking on more. Now I’m juggling everything from logistics to design to sales. I’ve learned a ton along the way, especially stuff I never thought I’d be into, like finance.”
The variety of tasks is what keeps the job rewarding. There’s always something new to solve, fix, or improve, and that constant change is what makes the work feel meaningful. Staying on top of everything means staying organised. A solid planner and a to-do list are daily non-negotiables for Annel. Having structure and reliable systems in place is what keeps the chaos manageable and the momentum going.
Of course, the challenges are real too. Time is always tight, and being a younger woman in more traditional business settings has also meant proving capability through calm confidence, clear communication, and solid tech know-how.
According to Annel, succeeding in this role takes adaptability, emotional intelligence, time management, and the ability to communicate well – all while staying calm under pressure.
