Our professional coffee consultants will assess your daily consumption, consider parameters such as speed of delivery and budget constraints and then recommend the right machine and service plan for the clients requirements. We also often offer a trial period of 2 – 5 days on many of our solutions allowing the client time to test our solution and decide on your favourite coffee.

Our full service covers machine installation, staff training, supply of coffee beans and consumables, routine maintenance, and technical support. We aim to provide a “one supplier”, one stop-shop solution so you don’t have to manage multiple vendors. Our range covers hot, cold and frozen drinks as well as an extensive Tea offering.

Many of our deals are available on flexible plans. Depending on the arrangement, there may be no-lock-in contracts required, notice periods from 1 – 3 months on certain options and we offer you the freedom to scale or change equipment as needed.

We begin by understanding how many staff/visitors will use the machine, how many cups per day, location constraints (water plumbed vs tank), your coffee-preferences (beans vs filter vs capsules), and your budget. We prefer to do a site survey for most of our deals and from there we are able to propose the best equipment, product and service plan for your office coffee requirements.

We supply freshly roasted beans and all required consumables that match your machine and taste profile. Our goal is to make your coffee-service seamless and high quality.

We offer technical support and maintenance. In the event of a breakdown, we aim to respond promptly and get the machine back in service. If necessary, we will provide a loan unit to ensure minimal downtime, your machine then goes back to base and will only be returned once all repairs are complete and the machine has been tested and deep cleaned.
